Cadwalader's Ice Cream Cafes
Cadwalader's has been making ice cream from its base in North Wales since the 1920's.
A well established family owned business, Cadwalader's has ice cream outlets in Cardiff Bay, St.David's Centre in Cardiff, Portmeirion, Porthmadoc, Llandudno, , Trentham, Stoke, Betwys-Y-Coed and The Trafford Centre, Manchester.
David Kaye DBA has designed four of the latest sites in a programme to develop the Ice Cream-Cafe concept into a brand which now competes with recognised existing coffee shop brands.
Photographs show the Barton Square in The Trafford Centre opened in 2011.
